The site can cache public files to improve loading and make some pages available with weak connectivity. This cache stores public site files, not a personal profile.
As with any website, the hosting/network provider may process technical data necessary to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, request time and browser information. Guia Migrante PT does not currently use that data to build personal advertising profiles.
When you open AIMA, gov.pt, Justice, Social Security, SNS or another external site, that service's privacy rules apply.
The present public version does not need advertising cookies or a personal account to provide the features described. If future features change this, the policy should be updated first.

The portal is technically prepared for privacy-conscious analytics and central feedback, but this static release does not transmit votes, behaviour profiles or feedback messages to a project database.
